Mission
Turn a clear business idea into software, a website, or an AI workflow that people can use, measure, and keep.
About
The name joins the two. You arrive with a business idea. We engineer the product, the site, or the workflow that makes it real.
Idevation was founded in 2012. We design and build websites, business software, mobile apps, and AI features for companies that want a team they can brief clearly and hold to a plan.
The work is not a campaign. It is a product someone has to use on Monday, an editor who has to change a page without calling us, and a system that still makes sense a year later.
Studios in the United States, Asia, and Australia cover the business day across the regions we serve. The standard of delivery is the same in each.
Turn a clear business idea into software, a website, or an AI workflow that people can use, measure, and keep.
Be the studio growing companies call when they want senior delivery across design, engineering, and support, without adding a large in-house team first.
Values
We quote the work we can deliver, flag risk early, and do not hide delays. If something is out of scope, it goes into the next proposal, not into a quiet invoice.
Interfaces, code, and infrastructure are finished to a standard your team can maintain. Speed matters. So does the next person who has to change it.
A named lead stays with the project. You are not passed between accounts. The people who scoped the work stay close to the build.
We work as an extension of your team or your agency. Decisions are explained in business terms, and your staff are included in handover, not surprised by it.
Access is limited, secrets stay out of chat logs, and production changes are tracked. NDAs, least-privilege accounts, and a clean handover are part of the engagement, not an extra.
Difference
The people who estimate the work are the people who build it. You are not handed to a junior bench after the proposal is signed.
Discovery, design, engineering, testing, launch, and handover sit with one team, so the plan does not break at the boundary between vendors.
A shared board, a weekly written update, and one project manager. You can see what is in progress, what is blocked, and what ships next.
NDAs, restricted access, reviewed dependencies, and a handover that includes credentials in a password manager rather than a spreadsheet in email.
Studios in the USA, Asia, and Australia overlap the business day in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia.
Launch is a milestone, not the end of the relationship. Retainers cover updates, monitoring, and the small changes that keep a product useful.
Delivery
Each studio covers a slice of the day. Your project manager stays the same, and the engineers who know the codebase stay on it.
