Before the call
What happens on the call?
You talk with someone who can scope the work. We ask about the users, the deadline, and what a useful first release looks like. You leave with a clear next step, which is usually a written proposal.
How do I move or cancel a time?
The confirmation email includes a cancel link. Use it if the time no longer works, then book another slot. You can also reply to the email and we will move it.
Do I need to prepare anything?
A short description of the problem is enough. If you already have a brief, a site, or a system we should look at, mention it in the notes and we will review it before the call.
