UI/UX Design

Research, wireframes, prototypes, design systems, and redesigns that engineers can build without guessing.

The problem it solves

Design that lives only in a presentation does not survive contact with engineering. Teams lose weeks translating a static picture into screens, states, and components. The gap shows up as inconsistent spacing, missing error states, and a product that is harder to use than the deck suggested.

What’s included

  • A short research pass: users, existing analytics, and the jobs to be done
  • User flows for the paths that carry the business
  • Wireframes that settle structure before visual design
  • Clickable prototypes of the primary journeys
  • Interface design for web or mobile, including empty, loading, and error states
  • A component library or an extension of the system you already have
  • Redesigns that respect content and URLs you cannot afford to lose
  • Specifications an engineer can estimate against
  • Design QA against the built interface

Key benefits

Decisions happen earlier

Structure is agreed in wireframes, when changing it is still cheap.

States are designed, not invented

Empty inboxes, failed payments, and long labels are in the file, not discovered in QA.

A system, not a pile of screens

Components are named and reused so the tenth page does not invent a new button.

Buildable work

Files are organized for the engineers, with spacing, type, and behavior written down.

Technologies used

The exact stack is chosen for the project. See the full list.

  • Figma
  • Design systems
  • Prototypes
  • Wireframes

How this engagement runs

  1. 01Understand the jobWe review the product, the users, and where they currently get stuck.
  2. 02StructureFlows and wireframes are reviewed before visual design starts.
  3. 03InterfaceKey screens and the component set are designed and prototyped.
  4. 04Support the buildWe answer engineering questions and check the built UI against the file.

Service questions

Do you only design, or do you also build?

Both. Design-only engagements are available when you have an engineering team. Most clients keep design and build in one studio so the file and the product do not diverge.

Can you work in our existing Figma library?

Yes. If the system is in good shape we extend it. If it is not, the proposal says what we will repair and what we will leave.

How many rounds of review are included?

The proposal names the review points, usually wireframes and then visual design, with a set number of revision cycles. Further rounds are estimated so the schedule stays honest.
