Who we are
Idevation (“Idevation”, “we”, “us”) designs and builds software, websites, and related digital services. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through https://idevation.com.
For privacy questions, email [email protected].
Information we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect the details you submit: name, company, email address, phone number if you provide one, country, the service you are asking about, a budget range, and your project description. If you book a call, we collect your name, company, email, phone if you provide one, the time you chose, your timezone, and the note about what you want to cover.
Our servers may also record technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of the request. We use that information to keep the form reliable and to limit abuse.
If you accept analytics cookies, we collect usage data through the analytics tools named in the cookie policy. If you decline, those tools are not loaded.
How we use it
We use enquiry details to reply, to prepare a discovery call, and to send a proposal if you ask for one. We also send you a confirmation email after the form is submitted. A booked call is held so the time cannot be offered to someone else, and both you and Idevation receive a confirmation with a calendar file. The confirmation includes a link you can use to cancel.
We use technical logs to secure the site, diagnose errors, and enforce a limit on how often the form can be submitted from one address.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use enquiry content to train public AI models.
Who we share it with
Enquiry emails are delivered through the email provider configured for this site. That provider processes the message so it can reach us and so you can receive the confirmation.
If analytics is enabled and you accept it, the analytics provider processes usage data under their terms.
We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the site and its users from abuse.
Where it is processed
Idevation works from the United States, Asia, and Australia, and serves clients in other countries. Your enquiry may be read by staff in more than one of those regions. We transfer it only as needed to respond to you.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in conversation, and then for a limited period so we can refer back to what was discussed. Server logs used for rate limiting are short-lived. You can ask us to delete an enquiry that is no longer needed by emailing [email protected].
Your choices
You may ask for a copy of the enquiry data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
You can refuse analytics cookies in the banner, and you can change that choice later from the cookie settings link in the footer when analytics is enabled.
The contact form asks for your consent before it is sent. You can still email us directly if you prefer not to use the form.
Children
This website is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the site or the law changes. The version on this page is the current one. Last updated: 20 October 2026.
