Business Systems and Integrations

CRM and ERP customization, e-invoicing and payroll integrations for Gulf markets, and third-party APIs.

The problem it solves

The business runs, but the systems do not talk. Sales updates a CRM, finance retypes the invoice, and a country requirement such as e-invoicing becomes a monthly scramble. Integration work is justified when a person is the API.

What’s included

  • A map of the systems, the fields that must match, and the direction of each sync
  • CRM customization: pipelines, fields, and the automations that match your sales process
  • ERP adjustments and the reports operations actually use
  • E-invoicing integrations for Gulf requirements, against the authority and format in scope
  • Payroll integrations where the provider offers an API or a reliable file exchange
  • Third-party API integrations, with retries and a visible failure state
  • A reconciliation check so silent data loss is caught
  • Documentation of credentials, schedules, and who is notified when a sync fails

Key benefits

Less retyping

The record is created once and arrives in the next system with the fields you named.

Failures are visible

A failed sync alerts someone and can be replayed. It does not vanish.

Local compliance in the design

Gulf e-invoicing and payroll connections are scoped to the portal and format you must use.

Your systems stay yours

We customize and connect. We do not lock the integration inside a tool you cannot export.

How this engagement runs

  3. 03Build and reconcileA sample of records is compared on both sides before the switch is flipped.
  4. 04Leave a runbookCredentials, schedules, and the alert path are documented.

Service questions

Which CRMs and ERPs do you work with?

We work with platforms that expose an API or a supported extension point. The proposal names yours after a short look at the edition you have. If the edition cannot be integrated safely, we say so before the build.

Can you handle e-invoicing in Saudi Arabia or the UAE?

Yes, as an integration to the accredited path your finance team must use. The proposal names the authority, the document types, and what your ERP already does. We do not treat tax compliance as a slogan. Your finance advisor confirms the filing position.

What if the other vendor has a poor API?

We will know during discovery. Options are a supported file exchange, a narrower sync, or a recommendation not to integrate yet. We will not promise a real-time sync a vendor cannot support.
