Terms of Use

The rules for using this website. Project work is governed by a separate statement of work.

Using this website

These terms govern your use of https://idevation.com, operated by Idevation. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site describes our services. It is not an offer to start work. A project begins only when both sides accept a written proposal or statement of work.

Enquiries and proposals

Information you send through the contact form should be accurate. Do not send confidential material you are not ready to share. Where a matter is sensitive, ask for a mutual NDA before sending documents or access.

Quotes in a proposal are valid for the period stated on that proposal. Budget ranges on the form are indications you provide. They are not a price from us.

Intellectual property

The text, design, and code of this website belong to Idevation or its licensors. You may not copy them for your own site or marketing.

Client project deliverables are covered by the statement of work. Unless that document says otherwise, ownership of the agreed deliverables transfers to the client when the related invoices are paid. This website’s own design and code are not part of a client engagement.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or the contact form. That includes attempting to break the site, probing it without permission, sending malware, or submitting unlawful, deceptive, or harassing content.

We may ignore or block submissions that look automated or abusive.

No reliance

Articles and service descriptions are general information. They are not legal, tax, or financial advice, and they are not a commitment that a particular result, ranking, or timeline will be achieved. Outcomes depend on the scope you approve.

Liability

The website is provided as available. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, Idevation is not liable for loss arising only from your use of this marketing website.

Nothing on this page limits liability that cannot legally be limited. Project liability, if any, is set in the statement of work, not on this page.

Governing law

TODO: governing law and venue. Replace this sentence with the jurisdiction that applies to your contracting entity before the site goes live.
